What were your positive impressions?
1. officials who did the booking were extremely polite, professional and very helpful with finding an appropriate place for me at late notice (Laetitia Ceppi and Amelie Robert)
2. transportation/bus service was fantastic
3. room service/cleanliness was great

What were your negative impressions?
1. the lack of someone at the front desk on the night of arrival (after 7pm) except the bar made me a little concerned
2. although wi-fi internet advertised on their website, i was told it was not available all year round. an international hotel should have free wireless internet service
3. i paid an additional tax component on the total charge for five nights which i was not aware of at the time of my booking. this should be made clear from the very beginning
