Welcome to Cave Gaillard in Epesses
The
Gaillard family has been present in Epesses for four generations. As you
drive along the terraces of the Lavaux vineyards, between Lausanne and
Montreux, on the shores of Lake Geneva, you'll pass through typical
villages with flowers changing with the seasons. Our estate is at the
top of the vineyards facing the lake, with a magnificent terrace and
winter garden.
Would you like to get away from the city and soak up
the peace and quiet of the vineyards, or simply enjoy a meal and a glass
of wine overlooking the lake and vines?
Come and visit us at the
estate. You'll be able to enjoy a local beef tartare, produced by the
farmers of Puidoux. Accompanied by a tasting of 1 wine from the Domaine. For those who don't eat beef tartare, we offer
a vegetarian salmon tartare (please let us know by phone at least 24
hours in advance).
