Very well run hotel, clean, good breakfast, charming staff.

There is no lift in the hotel - not good for handcapped people. Also, very difficult to come in late at night if you. like me, only have one hand. The night door needs you to simultaneously put the mangetic key in the lock and pull the door open. I ended up wrapping the handle of a carrier bag round the door knob, putting the bag between my teeth and pulling on the bag to open the door while I put the magnetic key in the lock with my only hand!!! Putting a simple delay of 5 secs on the door lock once you use the magnetic key would fix the problem!!!

What were your negative impressions?

Network wasn't working and I only got the reply: there are other customers for which network is working. It wasn't my problem as later on I could connect without doing anything. I guess there can't be many people connected at the same time.

leider war eine kleine Baustelle dort, montags morgen etwas Wirbel, aber sonst gar nix....

Simple, clean. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable relax after busys day. It is simple worth it.

The quai view rooms are a bit noisy by street traffic.

Die Buchung über Montreux Riviera war ideal, sowohl die Kompetenz als auch die Freundlichkeit. Ebenso war im Hotel alles vorbereitet, und das Zimmer mit der Riesen-Terrasse war eine schöne Überraschung.

What were your negative impressions?

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns gerne die Option von verschiedenen Kaffee-Angeboten gewünscht, nicht nur den vorgebrühten Kaffee. Aber das war kein wirklich negativer Eindruck.
