The hotel restaurant Le Deck exudes an elegant and intimate atmosphere. The chef pampers his guests with traditional French cuisine, which is inspired by his travels and based on local and seasonal products. The wines play a crucial role here, as befits this fine establishment overlooking the vineyards and certified member of the Vaud Œnotourisme network. For a more in-depth tasting experience, the hotel invites its guests to visit the Le Bon Sauvage wine-tasting bar and organizes activities in the vineyards upon request.
Conceived as a tribute to the greatest explorer of the 17th century, Jean-Baptiste Tavernier, the hotel has 26 rooms, including two elegantly furnished suites with balconies, terraces and spectacular views of the lake.
