Unser Zimmer (gegen die Stadt) war sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel ist voller Emotionen.

Leider wurden uns beim CheckIn die öV-Karten nicht ausgehändigt und wir lösten auf eigene Kosten Tages- und Fahrkarten. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Minibar im Zimmer

Das Frühstücksbuffet war länger als geplant sehr gut aufgefüllt.

What were your negative impressions?

Die Bar hat bereits um 24.00 Uhr geschlossen, obwohl mind. noch ca. 40 Personen an der Bar waren. Da hätte etwas Flexibilität spielen dürfen. Es ist mit einem Umsatzverlust von mind. 1000.- zu rechnen.

Lage sehr gut um in der Region unterwegs zu sein.

What were your negative impressions?

- Fahrplan für Öffentlicherverkehr bereit halten, inkl. Wegbeschreibung zur Station und Name, wo ausgestiegen werden muss. - Früstück sollte im stattlichen Preis inbegriffen sein um Vergleichbar mit anderen Hotels zu sein. Ansonsten ist es zu teuer, denn es bietet ja keine weiteren Möglichkeiten wie Wellness, Gartenliegestühle oder so.

Badezimmer nicht praktisch. Aufhängemöglichkeit für Tücher! Douchemittel und Seife in Tube. Spender wäre praktischer. Beim Frühstücksbuffet geht immer die Küchentüre auf. Keine Abfallbehälter auf dem Frühstückstisch Klimaanlage: es hat gezogen. Speisekarte nur auf franz. und engl. Kein Deutsch
